
In my world, fast food is real, whole, nourishing food! Forget the wrappers, the added sugar, and the empty calories; My days start with a simple make-ahead breakfast plan that streamlines the morning. The following is a recipe I like to make the evening before.
Ingredients:
1c cottage cheese
1T ground flaxseed
1T chia seed
1 apple, chopped
Peanut butter, to taste
Coconut
1 pinch Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Scoop 1c cottage cheese into a bowl, and mix in 1Tbsp each of ground flaxseed and chia seeds.
2. Toss in a chopped apple and stir in a taste of peanut butter to combine.
3. Top it off with unsweetened shredded coconut and cinnamon
Tip: Pair your creation with coffee and savor my favorite stress-free breakfast!
