NY/Philadelphia Internship Application Procedures
***Application Postmark Deadline for the NY Fall 2012-2013 class & and Philadelphia August Deadline is

*Note: On the DICAS Portal, this program can be found under the state of PA. It is listed under Yardley, PA. Both the NY and Phila. geographic areas are part of the PA listing.
If you are interested in the exciting opportunities the Sodexo NY/Philadelphia Metropolitan Dietetic Internship has to offer, please submit the following for consideration:
Application Process - The program is using the on-line centralized internship application, DICAS, which may be accessed at https://portal.dicas.org--email: DICASinfo@DICAS.org. The on-line application must be completed for our program no later than 11:59 pm Central Time on February 15th, 2012. The fee to use DICAS is $40 for the first application submitted, and $20 for each additional application. When completing the application form, applicants must include the name and contact information (specifically an email address) for each reference. The form will be completed on-line. Note this program is listed under Yardley, PA.
Applicants must also register online at www.dnddigital.com for computer matching and select dietetic internship priority choices by 11:59 pm Central Time on Feburary 15th. There is a $50 computer matching fee.
Official Transcripts - Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended should be sent to: DICAS - Transcript Department, PO Box 9118, Watertown, MA 02472. Click here to view the Verification and Final Transcript Policy.
ADA Verification Statement - or Declaration of Intent Statement for the Didactic Program in Dietetics completed and signed by your Didactic Program Director. It will be submitted online electronically directly from your DPD director. See DICAS for more information. (Original Verification Statement will be required prior to beginning program.)
Three Letters of Reference - When completing the application form, applicants must include the name and contact information (specifically an email address) for each reference. This will trigger an email message requesting completion of a reference form. The form will be completed online. Students submitting more than one application will need to use the same individuals as references for each application.
Personal Statement - A personal statement is required to be submitted directly on the DICAS Site. It is required to be 1,000 words or less and should include answers to the following questions:
Application Fee – In addition to the DICAS and D&D Digital application fees, the internship application fee should be sent by mail to the internship director to be considered as an applicant. Please send your non-refundable check or money order payable to: Sodexo. Application fee is $50 to apply to one geographic area or emphasis and $75 to apply for 2 or more geographic areas and/or emphases. This should be mailed by the applicant to the internship director along with your application fee

- What are your short-term and long-term goals?
