REFUND POLICY

If an intern withdraws from the Program prior to 30 days before commencement of the Program, Day one of Orientation, s/he will be entitled to a full refund of the initial payments, minus the non-refundable deposit, for orientation room and board.

If an intern withdraws from the Program less than 30 days before commencement of the Program, s/he will not be entitled to a refund of the initial payment.

If an intern withdraws from the Program after the commencement of orientation, s/he will not be entitled to a refund.

EXCEPTION:   In compliance with Code 38 CFR 21.4255, interns who receive education benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, will receive a pro rata refund.  The exact proration will be determined on the number of days of instruction (ie internship hours) completed by the intern, to the total number of instructional days in the internship.
