- Completed an Approved Didactic Program in Dietetics at an CADE - accredited institution.

A valid DPD verification statement and have completed their DPD courses within the last 5 years.
- A good academic record.
- Interns who successfully complete this internship are eligible to sit for the national registration examination to become a registered dietitian.
In addition, candidates should...
- Have work experience (paid or unpaid) in a clinical, food service, and/or health care setting relating to dietetics.
- Be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
