Gretchen Schoonover RD, CDN -  Class of 2001:  Gretchen is employed by Sodexo as a CNM (Clinical Nutrition Manager) at St. Joe’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY.  She manages an acute facility, nursing home and dialysis center including 5 RD’s and 1 DTR.  Gretchen always liked the management aspect of nutrition.  After her internship, she was hired into a clinical position but then quickly moved to operations manger and then CNM.  Precepting interns is one of the favorite parts of her job.

Jennifer Scully RD, CDN – Class of 2004:  Jennifer is employed by Sodexo as a CNM (Clinical Nutrition Manager) at Lawrence Hospital Center in New York.  She manages a team of 5 Registered Dietitians and 15 Personal Choice Dining Ambassadors. Her accomplishments include implementing an Outpatient program, initiated cost saving measures in department and being the primary preceptor for the internship program.

Katie Neumayer RD – Class of 2007  Katie works at Lawrence Hospital Center in NY as a clinical dietitian.  Her expertise is oncology and also works in the outpatient nutrition center.  She loves her patient interaction.  Katie serves on the advisory board of the Sodexo Dietetic Internship program.

Coco Shi RD – Class of 2007 After completing her internship, Coco started to work as a clinical dietitian in New York Hospital Queens. Her expertise was in Oncology, Pulmonary, and OB-GYN outpatient clinic. Working in the hospital helped her to build a strong clinical background. She then started to work as an outpatient clinic dietitian in a dialysis center in downtown Manhattan. She continues to have many responsibilities working on a multi-cultural interdisciplinary team.

Julia Driggers, RD LDN – Class of May 2008, pediatric Emphasis  Julia is employed at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a pediatric dietitian.  Her area of expertise is in the GI area and loves helping children. She enjoys being a preceptor for interns.

Nikki Sanner, RD, LDN – Class of November 2008, pediatric emphasis Nikki is employed at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a pediatric dietitian.  She works on the Oncology floor and enjoys helping the patients and their parents.
