The Sodexo NJ/Philadelphia
internship is pleased to be able to offer a pediatric emphasis. It is the
only program to offer this emphasis in a clinical setting. Because very
few dietitians have expertise in pediatrics, you will have a lot of job
opportunities. Sodexo manages quite a few pediatric hospitals throughout
the country including the 3 in Philadelphia.
This is an
excellent opportunity for students who want to pursue a career in pediatric
nutrition. Apply by September 25, 2008 for the
February 2009 start date. Use the
application and procedures from the NJ/Philadelphia program and
indicate on the application that you are interested in the pediatric emphasis.
You may apply to one or both the general or pediatric programs. Send one
application if you are interested in both programs, but don't forget to mark
your D & D digital cards for both programs. The cost and the expenses are
the same as the general emphasis and the intern will spend class time with the
interns in the general emphasis.
The intern
accepted for the February 2009 class will
be placed at St Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, the intern accepted for the
August 2009 class will be placed at
AI Dupont Hopsital for Children, Wilmington, DE
