The Sodexo Healthcare Services Division, NJ/Philadelphia Metro Area Dietetic Internship is committed to meeting the
standards of Education of the Commission on Accreditation of Dietetics Education
(CADE) of the American Dietetic Association.
Goals
-
The Program will
prepare graduates to be entry-level confident practitioners who apply
basic principles in the practice of dietetics to clinical, community and
food service management and are prepared for employment after completion
of the internship.

The Program will
prepare graduate interns to communicate clearly and work as team player’s
with other dietitians and health professionals, such as, but not limited
to, doctors, nurses, social workers, speech therapists.

The Program will
prepare graduate interns to effectively use management skills to manage
their time, human resources and food service systems.

The program will
recruit graduates for employment with Sodexo Health Care Systems.

The Health Care Division of Sodexo
recognizes a need to provide registration opportunities in the Southern New
Jersey/Philadelphia area for qualified graduates of Didactic Programs in
Dietetics. Sodexo is committed to advancing the profession of
dietetics through participation in training programs to provide these
opportunities.
Sodexo is committed
to providing the highest quality training possible in order for graduates to
enter the labor market as Registered Dietitians and function fully in various
work settings.
